Vibrations of the ether & Elemental Magic

To learn more about how to charge up and use Prana lifeforce energy for a variety of purposes, please visit the "Biomagnetic Energy" page.
Prana is cosmic energy that flows through all things, and it is the life of ether. Ether is known as the upper regions of space, the heavens, the firmament, the central heart, the bright and pure air, and the SKY GLORIA.
It has been said that Prana is transformed into a divine, intensely blue substance, known as "Akash". Akasha is Sanskrit for "space" or "aether" and has often been synonymous with "SKY", as well as the general "atmosphere". It is a central and pure state of being love, of being present and eternal. From this space one may access the Akashic Records of all known times as they swirl into one. This location of "Sky Gloria" can be found in the space just before thought, and leads into Faerie Realms.
All things in life are controlled by cosmic vibrations. Understanding these vibratory laws and how they work, enables us to make use of them for the purpose of succeeding in many areas of our lives.

In Samael Aun Weor's "Introduction to Gnosis" there is an explanation of this energy and of modified ether which he refers to as the "Tattvas" which is another Sanskrit term.

He writes:
"By learning the use of the tattvas one can favorably solve all matters in life.
You need to take advantage of favorable circumstances to achieve the crystallization of all your projects. Remember: a tattva is a vibration of the ether. You have the right to succeed.

Spirit should overcome matter. We cannot accept misery.
It is necessary that you learn the Law of Universal Vibration.

The study of the vibrations of the ether is indispensable.
Remember that business, love, health, etc are controlled by cosmic vibrations.
If you know the vibratory laws of life, if you know the Tattvas, you will be able to obtain much money.

There are some Tattvas that you should learn to use to succeed in life:

AKASH is the principle of ETHER.
VAYU is the etheric principle of AIR.
TEJAS is the etheric principle of FIRE.
PRITHVI is the etheric principle of EARTH.
APAS is the etheric principle of WATER."

He expands upon the use of these vibratory laws in one of his elemental books in which he writes:
"What is a Tattva? Much has been spoken about this matter, yet, it has not been well comprehended.
Tattva is vibration of the ether. Everything comes from the ether and everything returns into the ether.

The sound is the materialization of Akasa.
The sense of touch is the materialization of
Vayu Tattva.
The fire and the light which we perceive through our eyes is the
materialization of Tejas Tattva.
The sensation of taste is nothing more than the
condensation of Apas Tattva.
The sense of smell is the materialization of Prithvi Tattwa.

Akasa is the primary cause of all that exists.
Vayu is the cause of air and of motion.
Tejas
is the ether of the fire which animates the flames.
Prithvi is the ether of the element earth
which is accumulated within the rocks.
Apas is the ether of the water which enters into
action before
Prithvi, because before the element earth appeared, there was water.
The four elements of Nature, earth, fire, water and air are only condensations of the four types of ether. These four varieties of ether are densely populated by innumerable elemental creatures from Nature.

The Salamanders live within the fire (Tejas Tattva).
The Undines and Nereids live within
the water (Apas Tattva).
The Sylphs live within the clouds (Vayu Tattva).
The Gnomes
and Pygmies live within the earth (Prithvi Tattva).

The physical bodies of the salamanders are the plants, herbs and roots of the vegetables
which are influenced by the signs of fire. The physical bodies of the Undines are the elementals of the plants which are influenced by the zodiacal signs of water. The physical bodies of the Sylphs are the elementals of the plants belonging to the signs of air. The physical bodies of the Gnomes are the elementals of the plants under the influence of the zodiacal signs of earth. We can work with Apas in order to unleash the tempests or to pacify the waters by commanding the occult power of the plants of water. We can unleash or calm the winds and hurricanes by commanding the elementals of air, who are enclosed within the vegetables of this zodiacal sign (Vayu). We can transmute lead into gold by commanding the occult power of the herbs belonged to the sign of earth (Prithvi). Yet, in order to perform this, we also need Tejas (fire).

When the astral Sylphs cross through the space, they agitate Vayu.
Thus, Vayu moves the masses of air. This is how the wind is produced.

When a Magician moves the elementals of fire with his power, then, these elementals act over Tejas Tattva with their own accord, and the fire devours what this Magician wants. The elements of Nature are agitated when the corresponding elementals become emotional, enthusiastic or when they are intensely moved.

We become owners of the Tattvas and the powers which are enclosed within them by
commanding the elementals of plants. The ethereal body of the human being is constituted of the Tattvas, and we know that this body is the base upon which the organism’s chemistry operates.

The Tattvas are the fundamental base of all that exists and they can be either vehicles of love or hatred.
The best Tattwic day-timer is the one from Nature.
When the weather is cold, humid, rainy and the sky is cloudy with dense, large, black clouds, then this means that the cause of this is rooted in the Tattva of the water (Apas). When this happens, the ethereal waves of the water are submitted to a very strong cosmic vibration, at times coinciding with the moon.

In the hours or days of hurricanes and breeze we can asseverate that the ethereal waves of
the air (Vayu) are in agitation and vibration.

The noon filled with sun clearly points to us that the ether of fire (Tejas) is intensely
vibrating.

Dry, sultry weather elucidates for us the vibrations of Akasa.

The hours filled with happiness, filled with light, are produced by Prithvi.

Therefore, the best Tattvic day-timer is the one from Nature. When the waves of fire are agitated, then, creation is inundated with light and heat.
If the aqueous ether is vibrating, then the waters are moving and everything becomes humid.
Nature becomes happy in its entirety when the ethereal waves of the element earth
move and vibrate.

The Tattvas intensely vibrate and palpitate with the impulse of the elemental populace and with the influence of the stars. The Tattvas and the elementals from the plants are the base of occult medicine." - Samael Aun Weor

Therefore in orderto make use of the different vibrations of ether, we should first determine what is the nature of the day. Whether it is hot, humid, raining, windy, and so on - and this will help us to know which particular tattvas are most active. Once you know the predominant tattva, you can work with the different elementals of plants and properties connected to those tattvas, through gradually familiarizing yourself with their worlds, their magic, their titles, their laws, and their lives.
