meditation & trance states

The definition and etymology of meditation is connected to thinking deeply, contemplating, pondering, reflecting, studying, considering, and so on. It is quite the contrary to the idea that one must silence all of their thoughts in order to meditate. We can in fact use the state of meditation to ponder and reflect deeply upon whatever we might wish to know, and consequently we will discover the answer we desire through revelation given us and found in the depths of meditation.
This is not to say that there is not a use for the idea of silencing ones mind and accessing that space before thought - for this too is highly beneficial in its own way and for its own purposes - but it is not exactly what "meditation" refers to. To meditate deeply upon a particular topic, you can receive a clearer understanding of its true nature, and view it from a new and different perspective.

One of the best ways to achieve this can be with psychedelic trance music, or music which is designed to assist and guide the mind into an altered state of consciousness through which they can deeply reflect upon whatever they wish to know, or whatever problem they wish to solve.

This can in itself lead us into a state of peace, love, harmony, and bliss - for the true solution to the majority of problems is not one of stress and discomfort. Meditation helps us to return to that state of inner peace and a deeper knowing of the true essence of things.

Certain types of music are able to put us into trance states through which we can explore entirely alternate realms of existence, even meeting beings in these lands and communicating with them - asking them questions of things which may be bothering us, and receiving symbols and messages in return which we are able to come back to earth with and interpret and comprehend more deeply.

In order to access these planes of existence and receive true symbolism and information which will benefit us, we need to prevent the mind from jumping to the things that it has been taught to believe and which it think it knows. In these other realms it is important to remember that anything whatsoever could be possible or true, and not limit or restrict ourselves to the narrow way of thinking that we have developed over time. This can even include our views on things which seem as tangibly real to us as gravity - when we are in these states of consciousness, it is best to remain entirely open and adaptable to all possibilities that may arise, so as to not block out potential information, even if it appears at first in an unusual form that does not immediately make sense.

If we are meditating without music then it is good to relax the entire body, preferable to be in a darker room and quiet atmosphere, and then also to not identify with whatever problem we may be trying to comprehend or solve. It is from a state of mental calm and peace that new solutions can appear to us, and not by becoming the problem itself and trying to comprehend the solution from within the experience of the problem. Instead it is better to become detached from this, and allow the answers to flow to a mind which is already tranquil and at peace. The solution of every problem is found within the problem itself, but if you become the problem, you will not see it - so we instead have to reach a state of being of peace, calm, and tranquility in order to feel clearly.

There is a good chapter of information on this in Lesson Seven of the text "Introduction to Gnosis". This chapter will provide the necessary instructions to enter a clearer state of meditation.

When you reach the heights of internal contemplation and meditation, especially when accompanied by the type of music which can transport you into these other landscapes, and connect you with otherworldly being who can directly help you, then there are no restrictions on what you can spiritually and psychically achieve and deeply learn from these other dimensions.

Using trance music you can allow your mind to drift into what the sounds guide you to experience, by allowing the sounds to flow through you and assist you into alternate planes of reality. Go into a dark room with headphones on, and listen through some of the following albums from beginning to end, and they will guide you into alternate and parallel realms of existence from where you can obtain knowledge and information about things you might have otherwise never tapped into.

Some of the albums which may assist you in these internal meditations are:
Celtic Cross - Hicksville
The Mystery of the Yeti (Parts 1 & 2).
The Mystery of the Thirteen Crystal Skulls
Hallucinogen - Twisted
Hallucinogen - The Lone Deranger

And any albums by Shpongle (and if you are looking for clear answers to specific problems, then "Ineffable Mysteries from Shpongleland" will lead you into a meditative state from which a clear question held in your mind will appear with an answer by the time the album has played through). These albums are drugs administered through the ears.
